To Ensure a successful and cost-effective outcome. the work under this commission will be carried out in close association with the panel which includes key project personnel mechanical/ electrical consultant, interior design consultant, F&B consultant(if on board), and kitchen design consultant.
Our approach and methodology were developed to ensure that the project objectives are met. The methodology were broken down into the following categories:
Preliminary Design and Planning
To review the general plan furnished by the Client/ Owner
To verify all conformity/ restrictions with general and specific design codes imposed by regulatory agencies that has control over the location of the project specifically for all the kitchen and food service areas including support areas such as drainage, exhaust and waste.
To liase and coordinate with other consultants and project managers to ensure the integrated design.
To submit Kitchen Design Schedule for the production and completion of each phase.
